Rewards T&Cs

These Urban Rewards Terms describe the Urban Rewards program operating in the United Kingdom. By opting into the Urban Rewards program (“Urban Rewards”, or the “Rewards Program”), you are entering into a binding agreement with Urban Burgers Group Limited (“Urban Burgers”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in respect of your use of, and participation in, the Rewards Program. If you do not agree to all of the Rewards Terms, you must not use the Rewards Program.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

In connection with these Rewards Terms, Urban Burgers will use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes our information practices, including how we collect, use and share your personal information. It also sets out rights that you have in respect of your personal information.

 

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to participate in the Rewards Program. The Rewards Program is provided to you for domestic and private use only.

JOINING

To participate in Urban Rewards, you must have either joined online via our Rewards website and downloaded your mobile pass, or downloaded, registered and signed in to the Urban Rewards app.

​

PARTICIPATING RESTAURANTS

Currently, all of our sites operate the Urban Rewards Program.

​

EARNING STAMPS

Earn one stamp per regular burger you purchase. When you purchase nine burgers, you will earn one free burger of your choice. You can only earn stamps on qualifying burgers, which are the regular-size items. When you claim your free burger, you will reset to zero stamps and start again. Your free burger will be available on your account for 30 days after you unlock it, after which it will expire.

If, for any reason, Urban provides you with a full or partial refund of your spend on transactions from which you have earned points, we are entitled to remove the corresponding points from your Urban Rewards account.

​

REDEEMING REWARDS

Rewards can be redeemed from the day you’ve earned one and are valid for up to one year.  Any Rewards that haven’t been redeemed by the expiry date will be forfeited and removed from your account. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash value, nor may they be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.

Rewards can only be claimed on dine-in, phone collection or counter-served takeaway orders.

BIRTHDAY REWARDS

Members of the Rewards Program will be entitled to a Free Regular Burger for their Birthday month. This Reward will be available to redeem from the first day of the Birthday Month and will expire at midnight EST on the first day of the following month. This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, be banked, or be exchanged for cash.

RESTRICTIONS

​Stamps are only available on regular burgers.

​

Stamps are personal to the account holder and cannot be grouped with another account holder or transferred to someone else or their card. If you have multiple Urban Rewards accounts, it's not possible to merge Stamps or Rewards into a single account.

​

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND APPS

Points cannot be earned or redeemed on orders made via any third-party delivery service, app or website.

VERIFYING YOUR BALANCE

You can check your points balance through your online Rewards Account. You are responsible for ensuring your points balance is correct. You can also check your balance at participating Urban Burgers restaurants. If you check your balance online, we do not accept any responsibility for potential connection charges or any communication failures. We reserve the right to correct or amend the balance in your account if we think there's been an error. If this has happened and you’d like to dispute, it just get in touch.

AVAILABILITY

All offers, rewards and products accessible via the Rewards Program are subject to availability. Images of products and packaging of rewards are examples only and may not be identical to the product or packaging you receive from a participating restaurant.

WITHDRAWAL

We reserve the right to withdraw the Urban Rewards programme on reasonable notice. Any such changes will be notified to you via email. You have the right to cancel your Urban Rewards account at any time, but you’ll lose the right to redeem all unused rewards. Get in touch to cancel your Rewards account.

COMPLIANCE WITH REWARDS TERMS

Urban Burgers is entitled to take any action it considers appropriate, including invalidating or removing points from your account or suspending or terminating your Rewards account, if we find you have behaved in any way that is fraudulent or against the terms of the Rewards scheme. If we terminate your Rewards account, you will lose all of the points you have accumulated (including properly obtained points) and you forfeit your right to earn and redeem points in the future. We reserve the sole discretion to determine your compliance with the Rewards Terms. Urban Burgers' determination is final.

STAMPS VALUE

Stamps are not property and you have no vested right or interest in stamps. Stamps have no cash value. Stamps are not assignable or transferrable between accounts, persons or otherwise, and points cannot be combined across accounts, regardless of who registered the account. Stamps can only be earned, held and redeemed as set out in these Rewards Terms. Any other use, award, sale, exchange or transfer of stamps, or attempt to do so, is a serious breach of these Rewards Terms.

CHANGES TO URBAN REWARDS

Urban Rewards can change from time to time, so be sure to continue to refer to these Rewards Terms for the latest details. You understand and consent that (with or without notice) Urban Burgers may, in its sole discretion, change, modify, cancel or discontinue Urban Rewards, in whole or in part, including any terms, rules, features, benefits, rewards, conditions of participation, points accruing or accumulation ratio, the points redemption policy, the points expiration policy, or any other aspect of the Rewards Program at any time, even though changes may affect points and rewards already in your Urban Rewards account.

UPDATES TO THESE REWARDS TERMS

Urban Burgers may also modify and update these Rewards Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. If we make material changes to the Rewards Terms, we will notify you by any reasonable means. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revisions and you are solely responsible for remaining knowledgeable about and in compliance with these Rewards Terms at all times. If you do not agree to any changed terms, then you must immediately stop using the Rewards Program and request that Urban Burgers close your Rewards account.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

URBAN BURGERS HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY FAILURE TO PERFORM ANY OF ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THESE REWARDS TERMS CAUSED BY OR RELATED TO ANY EVENT BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

 

If such an event occurs, then our obligations under the Rewards Terms will be suspended for the duration of the event; and we may, but are not required to, use reasonable endeavours to find a solution by which its obligations under these Rewards Terms may be performed despite the event.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE

Urban Burgers does not warrant or make any representation that the Rewards Program will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted or error-free or that defects will be corrected. You assume total responsibility related to your use of and participation in, the Rewards Program.

 

URBAN BURGERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS LOSSES, LOST DATA, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR PARTICIPATION IN, THE REWARDS PROGRAM.

 

Urban Burgers reserves all legal rights to recover damages or other compensation under these terms or as allowed by law. If we are liable to you in relation to your participation in the Rewards Program (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), our maximum liability to you will be £20. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not an obvious consequence of our breach or that was not contemplated by you and us at the time that you opted into the Rewards Program.

The Rewards Program is provided to you for domestic and private use only. You agree not to use the Rewards Program for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we shall not have any liability to you for any loss that you suffer as a result of any such use.

​

Nothing in these Rewards Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any other matter that we cannot exclude or limit under applicable law. Additionally, nothing in these Rewards Terms shall affect your statutory rights.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Rewards Terms will be governed and interpreted pursuant to English law. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales for purposes of any legal action arising out of or related to these terms or the Rewards Program.
