URBAN REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Rewards Terms”) govern participation in the Urban Rewards loyalty programme (the “Programme”).
The Programme is operated by Urban Restaurants Group Ltd (“Urban”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By registering for, accessing or participating in Urban Rewards, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Programme.

3. Eligibility

Urban Rewards is open to individuals aged 16 years or over.

Separate age requirements may apply to ordering or payment services operated by third-party providers.

Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate membership where we reasonably believe the Programme is being misused.
4. How Urban Rewards Works
Urban Rewards allows members to earn and redeem rewards, benefits or incentives (such as points, discounts or offers) when making qualifying purchases or interacting with participating
Urban locations or digital channels.

Rewards, earning rates and redemption thresholds may vary and may change from time to time.

Not all products, services or transactions may qualify for rewards.

Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Rewards may be subject to expiry or redemption limits, which will be communicated at the point of issue or via the Programme platform.
5. Registration & Account Responsibility
To participate, you must create a loyalty account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for:
-
maintaining the confidentiality of your account details; and
-
all activity carried out through your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe:
-
account details have been shared or compromised;
-
false or misleading information has been provided; or
-
the Programme has been abused or manipulated.
6. Third-Party Technology Providers
Urban Rewards is supported by third-party technology providers who assist with functions including:
-
loyalty account management;
-
rewards tracking and redemption;
-
ordering and payment integration;
-
communications and analytics.
Where ordering, payment or digital services are operated by third-party providers, those services may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy, which apply separately to their services.
7. Changes to the Programme
We may, at our discretion and on reasonable notice:
-
amend how rewards are earned or redeemed;
-
introduce, modify or remove rewards;
-
suspend or withdraw the Programme entirely.
Where changes materially affect members, we will take reasonable steps to notify participants via the Programme or associated digital channels.
8. Misuse, Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Urban Rewards membership if we reasonably believe that you have:

breached these Rewards Terms;
-
engaged in fraudulent, abusive or dishonest behaviour; or
-
attempted to exploit or manipulate the Programme.
Where membership is terminated, any unused or unredeemed rewards may be forfeited.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Data Controller
In connection with your participation in the Urban Rewards Programme, Urban Restaurants Group Ltd acts as the data controller for personal data processed for Programme administration.
9.2 Use of Personal Data
We collect, use, store and share personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Rewards Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains:

what personal data we collect;

the lawful bases for processing;
-
how long data is retained; and
-
your rights under UK data protection law.
9.3 Third-Party Processors
Third-party providers supporting Urban Rewards process personal data only on our instructions, are subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and must comply with applicable data protection laws.
9.4 Switching Loyalty Providers
We may change the third-party provider used to operate or administer Urban Rewards from time to time.
Where this occurs, we may securely transfer Urban Rewards member data from an outgoing provider to a new provider to ensure continuity of the Programme. Any such transfer will:

comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018;

be limited to data necessary for Programme operation; and
-
be protected by appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

10. Liability
Nothing in these Rewards Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Subject to this, Urban shall not be liable for:

loss of rewards due to Programme changes or withdrawal; or
-
losses resulting from account misuse outside our reasonable control.
11. Changes to These Rewards Terms
We may update these Rewards Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be made available via Urban Rewards or associated digital platforms and will apply from the date of publication.
Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of the updated Rewards Terms.
12. Governing Law

These Rewards Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
