Do you offer gluten-free options?


Yes! We serve gluten-free burger buns for customers who do not or cannot eat gluten. Just ask when you order and the staff will make sure to use the correct bun. Alternatively, you can try a bunless burger, which is also super tasty. However, please note that our kitchens are not catered for gluten-free food, which can result in cross-contamination due to our busy kitchen environment. For further information, your in-store server will be happy to assist you.




Is your veggie burger suitable for vegans?


Unfortunately our veggie burger is not currently suitable for vegans, as it contains egg. However, we are currently working on an alternative ingredient that doesn’t compromise on taste and we hope to make our veggie burgers vegan-friendly soon.




If I have a peanut allergy, can I eat the sides cooked in groundnut oil?


The groundnut oil that we use in our stores has been classed as non-allergenic by our supplier. This means that it should be safe for the majority of nut allergy sufferers. However, we urge every customer to conduct their own research and always be safe. We cannot guarantee that there will not be any traces of nuts in any of our products, including our sides, due to our busy kitchen and those of our manufacturers.




Do you use halal meat?


We do not currently use halal meat in any of our current locations.




Do you deliver?


We do not currently offer delivery at our locations.




Do you offer any discounts?


We are proud to offer a 20% discount to public services, including police, NHS, fire service and military. We also offer 10% student discount. All discounts are conditional upon the presentation of a valid ID and T&Cs apply.




Do I need to make a reservation?


No - we don’t take reservations in our stores. We prefer a more casual approach! Just turn up whenever you like and grab a seat.




What measures are you taking to ensure safety during COVID-19?


In order to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and team members during this unprecedented time, we have introduced the following measures: 1. Increased hgyiene Despite practicing high levels of hygiene anyway, we have increased the frequency of hand-washing, sanitisation and cleaning. We are also making use of extra PPE for further protection. 2. Social distancing We are limiting the number of customers allowed in store at any one time, as well as following a 'One Person Per Order' system. With clear signposting and a one-way system, we ensure a quick and safe visit every time. 3. Store set-up In accordance with current Government guidelines, we have closed off our dining areas for the time being. We are also not accepting pre-orders. We only serve customers in-store, which allows us to control the number of peope inside at any one time. We have also installed safety glass between the kitchen and order/waiting area to reduce risks. Learn more about our COVID-19 measures.
